This
is a specially priced one-day program offered on Wednesday,
August 5. It is designed to offer valuable educational
sessions for a wide range of school nutrition employees.
Topics to be covered will include use of fire extinguishers,
NSL production record keeping, first aid & safety, efficient
cooking and preparation practices, customer service, CRE/SMI
and more. The exhibits will be open so everyone can try the
