OVERVIEW

The School Nutrition Association of Pennsylvania (SNAPA) was organized in 1955.  SNAPA is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the membership.  SNAPA is recognized as the authority on school nutrition in Pennsylvania, SNAPA has been advancing the availability, quality and acceptance of school nutrition programs as an integral part of education in the Commonwealth for over 60 years!

The School Nutrition Association of Pennsylvania (SNAPA) is a non-profit 501 (c) 4 professional association organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As the premier association for all school professionals in Pennsylvania, we currently represent some 1000 members who provide high-quality, low-cost meals to students throughout Pennsylvania.

MISSION STATEMENT

SNAPA is the statewide organization of school nutrition professionals committed to advancing the quality of child nutrition programs through education and advocacy.
