Evora Nichole Taylor, aka Nichole, is the Director of Food Services for the Chichester School District. She previously served as the Director of Food Service for the Chester Community Charter School in Chester. At CCCS, she worked to create new policy and procedures and raised the bar for both students and staff. She administered the Wellness Program, started and oversaw the Back Pack program, and worked as the assistant teacher in the after school cooking program.
Prior to joining CCCS, Evora was the Sous Chef at the Travertine Grill just outside of Palm Springs, California, where she quickly rose through the ranks. As the Sous Chef, she created unique menu items and plate presentations while standardizing recipe production to maintain consistent cuisine and guest satisfaction.
Evora earned her culinary arts degree from The Art Institute in Dallas, Texas in 2002 and her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Full Sail University in 2011. She completed her Master Degree in Business Administration with special focus on Project Management, from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017.
