Attendee Photograph and Video Consent

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SNAPA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by SNAPA and other third parties, including but not limited to exhibitors and corporate partners. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.


Partner Mailing Consent

SNAPA also may share contact information with corporate alliance partners whose products and services may be of interest to our members. This data may include names, job titles, organization, business addresses, and email addresses. Users may contact SNAPA at executivedirector@snapa.org to express their preferences if they determine that they do not wish to have this information shared.


Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Individual registrant cancellations submitted on or before June 1, 2023 will receive a full refund of conference registration fees. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER June 1, 2023 for the in-person conference. There will be no refunds given for no-shows. Should the need to cancel the in-person conference arise, the 2023 SNAPA Annual Conference will be held virtually and all registration fees will be applied to virtual conference attendance. 


Waiver of Liability Relating To Coronavirus/COVID-19

Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the 2023 SNAPA Annual Conference. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and hold harmless SNAPA, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any king arising out of or relating thereto.

Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the 2023 SNAPA Annual Conference, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the 2023 SNAPA Annual Conference may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of SNAPA, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the 2023 SNAPA Annual Conference.


In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee's attendance at the 2023 SNAPA Annual Conference, attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by SNAPA, the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - Poconos, and the state of Pennsylvania, including but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all conference attendees.


ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself in order to attend a SNAPA conference and enter the conference premises. The conference is of such value to me that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to attend in person.


WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against SNAPA and its members, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives for fault in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to attending its event. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claim based in negligence, including for personal injuries, death, disease, property losses, or any other loss, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.


CHOICE OF LAW: I understand and agree that the law of the State of Pennsylvania will apply to this contract.


Safety Measures

I understand that safety measures will be in place on site during the conference. I agree to abide by the rules set forth by SNAPA and understand these will be shared prior to the conference. I agree that if I fail to abide by the safety rules established by SNAPA, the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - Poconos, and the state of Pennsylvania, I may be dismissed from the conference and will not be entitled to any refunds.
