SNAPA will be hosting it's 2025 Annual Conference, July 28 - 31, 2025 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, PA! We hope you are able to join us for this year's event as we engage in a variety of professional development and network with colleagues and partners from across the state.

REGISTRATION
All SNAPA members will be required to register online via SNAPA's online registration system. Please see the below information for registration fees and be sure to register before June 15th to secure early-bird pricing! Online regular registration will close July 15, 2025.

SNAPA has reserved several blocks of rooms at the below hotels. We encourage all attendees to secure a room as soon as possible.

We invite SNAPA's 2025-2026 Business and Industry Partners to join us at this year's event! Registered partners are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the event including general sessions and meals.

Registration:
All Business and Industry Partners will be required to register through SNAPA's online registration system by July 15, 2025. To register, partners should click HERE and click "Exhibitor Registration in the top right corner.

Please Note: SNAPA’s policy is to allow only current, fully paid Business & Industry Partners to participate in the Pennsylvania School Nutrition Industry Expo Food & Equipment Show. No exceptions. Presenting Partners receive four full booths, Diamond Partners receive two full booths, Platinum and Gold Partners receive a complimentary booth. Silver Partners receive a Half Booth. Bronze Partners may participate as an exhibitor providing a broker or another company purchases the booth on your behalf. All exhibitors in a booth must be at least a Bronze Partner and all products represented must be from a Business & Industry Partner.

EXHIBIT SHOW INFORMATION:
Join us for the exhibit show on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:45 PM. Director Level partners will have exclusive access from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
BOOTH SHARING POLICY:
Please note our updated booth sharing policy:

A full booth may be shared by a maximum of two (2) companies if utilized by a Broker. Without a Broker, only one company per full booth is allowed.
-
Half booths cannot be shared by individual companies or multiple brokers.
-
If sharing a full booth, both companies must submit separate partnership renewals and payments.
BOOTH SELECTION PROCESS:
Booth selection will be available first to Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum partners starting June 12, 2025.

Presenting and Diamond Partners: Booth selection opens June 13th.
-
Platinum Partners: Booth selection will open the week of the 23rd.

Gold Partners: Booth selection will open the week of the 30th.

Silver Partners: Booths will be assigned by SNAPA unless with a Broker.
SNAPA will be using an online booth selection portal for a smooth process.
ADDITIONAL BOOTHS:
To increase your visibility, you may purchase an additional booth for $1,950 or participate at the Diamond or Presenting Partner levels.
ELECTRICITY:
Electricity is not included but is available for purchase through the online registration system.
EXHIBIT SET-UP:
Exhibit set-up will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Tuesday July 29th and 7:00 am to 10:30 am on Wednesday July 30th. Attendees will begin arriving to the space on Wednesday at 11:30 am and will have the opportunity to visit the exhibits until 2:45 pm.

SHIPPING: Any exhibitor wishing to ship materials to the venue ahead of time should contact Tovin Schilling at (814) 569-1222 or Email tovin@blaircc.net., to coordinate receiving. Fees will apply. Please have everything shipped to the Blair County Convention Center by Monday, July 28th and include the following information:

Please ensure that each shipment is clearly labeled with "SNAPA Conference" and your company name for efficient handling upon arrival. Receiving fees will apply.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibitor’s registration will be open during the setup time, please check in at registration to pick up badges before setting up your booth.

EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN:
Tear down can begin after 3 pm. Please stay for the duration so that all attendees have a chance to visit you. We will donate any left-over food items, so please place any unused items on top of your display table to donate.
​
PRIZE CONTRIBUTIONS:
If you are interested in donating a door prize for our members, please let us know during the registration process. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the conference, and you will be recognized for your contribution!
​
PREP KITCHEN:
A prep kitchen will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on show day. Use of the kitchen outside of this time is strictly prohibited and exceptions are not possible.
​
ATTENDEE LIST:
All Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum partners will receive an attendee list with attendee names and emails prior to the conference. Gold and Silver partners will receive attendee names only.
