We are excited to introduce a brand-new event, the SNAPA Commodity Food Show.

SNAPA welcomes vendors to attend the 2024 Commodity Food Show. This event will highlight a “Brown-Box” cutting from the PA Catalog followed by networking and a processed commodity food show with our B&I partners. This event is a Director-Level member only event.
ELIGIBLE B&I PARTICIPANTS: Partners will only be able to show processed commodities. A full list of items that will be shown must be submitted to SNAPA. Attendees will receive a line item sheet of all processed commodities shown at the event. We encourage you to provide sell sheets and calculators for your items. After you register for the event, you will receive a request for this information from SNAPA in December.
FEE: Diamond- complimentary, Platinum/Gold-$250, Silver-$350
REGISTRATION: Space is limited to the first 40 registered vendor partners. Registration will be based upon partner level and availability, on a first-come, first-served basis based upon the following timeline:
Diamond/Platinum: Registration opens 11/14/23
Gold: Registration opens 11/21/23
Silver: Registration opens 11/28/23
Booth Info: 8 foot table, no drape, NO electricity. Booths will be assigned by SNAPA upon registration and receipt of the full item list. Each booth may only represent one company.
Parking: Plenty of parking is available for all B&I partners and members.
Kitchen Access: Dock and lift are available. The following equipment will be available for use by all vendors: 6 Ovens, 4 steamers, Conveyor, warmers, and holding. Registered partners will receive a kitchen sign-up opportunity at a later date. The location WILL NOT receive food prior to the event.
Set-up access: Donegal High School will be available starting at 8am for vendor set-up.

9:30am - 10:30am: Registration and Coffee Talk
10:30am - 11:30am: Brown box cutting and Ag meet and greet
11:30am - Noon: Networking Break
Noon - 2:00pm: Processed Commodity Food Show
HOTEL INFORMATION: There are two hotels within close proximity to Donegal High School. SNAPA does not have a block of rooms for this event. If you are interested in reserving a room, please reach out to the hotels directly.
